Some of our rental requirements are as follows but are not limited to:

$100 Application Fee per adult 18 years of age or older. Payment must be in a Cashier's Check or Money Order
Print the Application, complete it, then bring it in to our office at: 1550 Eustis Street, Apt Q, St Paul, MN 55108
Please provide copy of ID, Proof of Social Security number and proof of income with your application
Or Apply online - when you apply online you MUST email or fax a copy of your Photo ID, Proof of Social Security number and 30 days of pay stubs or the application will NOT be processed
